TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Customers of the Eugénio Campos Jewels online boutique benefit from dedicated and official technical assistance from the brand. This service is available exclusively to customers and jewelry from the Eugénio Campos brand, whether under warranty or out of warranty.

HOW TO PROCEDE

1. Let us know you need Technical Support by filling out our email form here.

2. Prepare the package for shipping:

  • Use packaging that ensures the protection of the jewelry;
  • Place it in packaging without brand identification, for greater security of your jewelry;
  • Include a document with the following information:
    • Reason for requesting assistance;
    • In capital letters: Full Name, Full Address, Mobile Contact, Email.

3. Deliver to the official boutiques in Porto (El Corte Inglés Gaia or Rua das Flores) or send it using a method that allows constant tracking of the order (e.g., registered mail or service with tracking number) to the following address:

Upon arrival, the Eugénio Campos Jewels team will carry out a quality control process on the item(s), validating the scope of our Technical Assistance.

Once it has been accepted, the following rules apply:

  • Technical Assistance within Warranty: Eugénio Campos Jewels provides technical assistance for your jewelry free of charge, except for shipping costs. Please consult the warranty conditions here. This service always has a minimum cost of €3.50 (VAT included) for packaging and shipping expenses.

  • Technical Assistance outside Warranty: The Eugénio Campos Jewels team will issue a prior quote for the technical assistance of your jewelry. This quote always has a minimum cost of €3.50 (VAT included) for packaging and shipping expenses.

  • The cost of shipping after assistance is as follows: €3.50 for pickup points (lockers, stationery shops, among others), €3.95 for standard home delivery, and €5.00 for islands.

In summary, once we receive your jewelry, it will be handled with care and immediately sent for assistance. You will receive information at the time of reshipment after assistance, or beforehand if a quote is required (in cases not covered by the warranty conditions). All technical assistance services, whether within or outside the warranty, have a minimum cost of €3.50 for packaging and shipping.
