Access your Customer Area and check the status of your orders, favorites, points, and much more. Registration is secure, and all your data is used only for the normal processing of your purchases and shipping.
How can I change my account information?
In your Customer Area, you can change your information at any time. Access the account icon, choose your login method, enter your login credentials, and change the desired information in the areas labeled 'My Account,' 'Address Book,' or 'Communication Preferences.'

If you're unable to access your account, follow these steps:
1. Confirm that your login details are correct (email and password);
2. If you've forgotten your password, select "Forgot your password?" below your credentials. Enter your email address, and you'll receive a recovery email.
3. If the issue persists, contact our team. To contact us, please visit the contact page and report your issue. Please indicate the issue, the error message, and describe the steps you took to help us resolve the issue.

How can I delete my account?
We regret that you wish to delete your Eugénio Campos Jewels account. If you wish, please access your customer area, go to "My Account," click the icon next to Account Information, and select "Delete Account."

ORDERS & COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
How do I place an order?
To place an order, you must first search for and select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you've finished selecting items, click the shopping bag icon and select "Continue to Checkout." Confirm that you have the items you want in your shopping cart and in the correct quantities, and fill out the information requested during checkout, such as credentials, shipping, billing, and payment information. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive order confirmation emails.
What are the next steps after placing an order?
After completing your order, you will receive confirmation emails within a few minutes. This email will contain the purchase information, order reference, selected items, and the total purchase amount. Your order will only be prepared and shipped after we receive confirmation of your payment using the method you selected at the time of purchase.
What are the available payment methods?
There are several payment options available: Credit Card, PayPal, Applepay, Google Pay, Multibanco, MBWay, and Klarna.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent potential fraud.
How can I pay in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna?
You can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments and spread the cost of the purchase over time. The first payment is made when the order is processed, and subsequent payments are automatically made every 30 days from a debit or credit card of your choice.
How to shop with Klarna:

Is there a fee associated with the 3-month interest-free installment plan?
There is no interest charged for the interest-free installment plan, and there are no fees added when you make payments. However, late fees may apply if you fail to make a payment on time. For more information, see Klarna's terms and conditions.
Will Klarna perform a credit check for 3 interest-free installments?
When selecting the 3 interest-free installments option, Klarna may request a third-party credit report. See the product terms for more information.
If I order an out-of-stock item, what happens to my order?
It's possible that, for exceptional reasons, an item may become out of stock when placing an order. If this occurs, Eugénio Campos Jewels undertakes to cancel your order.
The amount paid will be refunded via the same payment method used to place the order or by bank transfer, usually within 24 to 72 business hours.
My order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. What should I do?
The first step is to take a photo of the unusual event and send it to us. Find contact options on our intended page. Our team will prioritize your request, following our proactive customer satisfaction policy.
The price of an item has changed after my purchase date. Can I request a refund for the difference?
Eugénio Campos Jewels may change item prices at any time. Therefore, refunds cannot be requested in the event of a price difference.
How secure is my order?
Eugénio Campos Jewels ensures the use of the latest security protocols available on the market.
Can I change my billing address after I've placed my order?
If you wish to receive your order with billing information different from that associated with your account/order, you must do so before completing the purchase. Otherwise, our team may not be able to process the billing address change.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellation of an order if it is still in the preparation phase or unpaid. In this case, please contact us quickly using the methods available here.
It is not possible to cancel or change an order that has already been shipped.
Was my order submitted successfully?
When your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an email within a few minutes. If you do not receive our email, please check your SPAM (junk mail) folder in your inbox/email service.
WARRANTY & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Do Eugénio Campos Jewels items have a warranty?
Eugénio Campos Jewels items have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, items with manufacturing defects will be replaced. However, please note that misuse or natural wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
Any technical assistance provided requires prior analysis. If the repair requires a fee, the customer will be notified in advance.
The warranty does not cover: loss, theft, deterioration, oxidation, defects caused by impacts, including deformations caused by daily use and/or improper maintenance and cleaning, negligence, improper handling, modifications to the original product, repairs not authorized by the brand, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
The warranty conditions are governed by Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18, which regulates consumer rights when purchasing goods, under Directives (EU) 2019/771 and (EU) 2019/770, of May 20.
Among other rules, the law establishes:
- Consumer rights in the event of lack of conformity (notably defects) of movable and other goods;
- Extension of the warranty period for movable goods from 2 to 3 years, with the consumer having to prove that the defect existed upon delivery of the good in the third year;
- An additional six-month period if the consumer chooses to repair the item (up to a maximum of 4 repairs);
- The "right of rejection," which allows the consumer to freely choose between replacing the item or terminating the contract if the non-conformity becomes apparent within the first 30 days of delivery;
How can I care for my jewelry?
Caring for your jewelry is essential to increasing its durability. We believe that jewelry can last forever, and to make this possible, there are some precautions you can take to ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime.
To maintain the durability and shine of your jewelry, it's essential to consider that humidity and perspiration can cause corrosion. Therefore, it's important to avoid wearing jewelry while showering, using saunas, and exercising. You may want to be careful with makeup, creams, perfumes, and chemicals, as they can tarnish your jewelry.
Store your jewelry in a dry place. If you live in a very humid place, store it wrapped in tissue paper in a sealed container to prevent oxidation.
Avoid storing your jewelry all together or wearing it in activities that could compromise its integrity, such as sleeping, physical contact activities, or others.
- Sterling Silver Jewelry:
Despite its durability, silver, depending on use, tends to tarnish and react to air and chemicals. To avoid these situations, it's essential to polish it regularly with a flannel cloth to maintain its shine.
- Gold Jewelry:
To maintain the shine and elegance of gold jewelry, the simplest way is to clean it with pH-neutral liquid soap and warm water. Use a small, soft brush, and for more difficult-to-clean areas, you can use a toothbrush.
Why does the item look different from the image displayed in the online store?
The images displayed in the Eugénio Campos Jewels online boutique represent the items as closely as possible. Even so, many items feature hand-crafted stones and materials, as well as very small details that may not be as noticeable in photographs. For this reason, there may be some differences. Furthermore, the color of the jewelry may be perceived differently depending on the screen of a computer, cell phone, or tablet.
How can I repair my Eugénio Campos jewelry?

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
I want to exchange/return an item. What should I do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return items within 30 days of the purchase date, except for made-to-order or personalized products. From November 1st to December 14th, you can exchange your purchase until January 14th of the following year.

Are returns free?
Shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the case of an exchange, shipping of the new item will be free.
Can I return items on sale?
Returns of items purchased during promotions depend on the terms and conditions of the promotion itself. If return of items on sale is not possible, you will be notified.
How do I get confirmation that my return/exchange has been received?
You will receive confirmation of the items' arrival at our facilities, followed by instructions for the next steps in the process.
Can I exchange or return a purchase made online, at a Eugénio Campos Jewels store, or at an official retailer?
Orders placed in the Online Boutique cannot be returned or exchanged at official Eugénio Campos Jewels stores or authorized agents.
You can leave your exchange or return with employees at official Eugénio Campos Jewels stores (excluding authorized agents) to be processed at our headquarters.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds will be made in full using the same payment method used to purchase the products and within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
DISCOUNT CAMPAIGNS, PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
General Conditions
Purchases of promotional items (promotions, discounts, or offers) are valid upon presentation in the online boutique. All campaigns have inventory limits and conditions are subject to change at Eugénio Campos Jewels' sole discretion. In the event of spelling, pricing, inventory, or other errors, Eugénio Campos Jewels reserves the right to cancel the user's order.
If an active discount is present, entering another promotional code may or may not be cumulative. Please confirm the terms of the active campaign.
Eugénio Campos Jewels reserves the right to cancel all unpaid orders within 24 hours of placing the same order or in the event of a stock shortage/availability issue.
Other Discounts, Offers, and Promotional Campaigns
Giveaway campaigns or purchase discount vouchers imply acceptance of Eugénio Campos Jewels' commercial terms. Offer amounts, delivered virtually through vouchers to be used in the online boutique, can only be discounted on purchases exceeding the offered amount. Vouchers with a percentage discount on purchases can only be discounted on purchases (total shopping cart) equal to or greater than €24.90.
The newsletter subscription discount voucher is valid for up to 15 days after issuance, with a 10% discount on the shopping cart. Purchases imply acceptance of Eugénio Campos Jewels' commercial terms. Vouchers with a percentage discount on purchases can only be discounted on purchases (subtotal shopping cart) equal to or greater than €24.90.
The First Purchase Voucher is valid for up to 30 days after issuance, with a 10% discount on the shopping cart. Purchases constitute acceptance of Eugénio Campos Jewels' commercial terms and conditions. Vouchers with a percentage discount on purchases can only be redeemed on purchases (cart subtotal) equal to or greater than €24.90.
