Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes

Under the terms of Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, we inform you that consumers have at their disposal Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities that they can turn to in order to resolve consumer disputes in a simple, quick, and economical manner, without the need to resort to the courts.

If consumers wish to resort to an ADR entity, they can consult the updated list of entities available on the Consumer Portal, accessible via the following link: www.consumidor.gov.pt

 

European Online Dispute Resolution Platform

In the event of a dispute arising from an online purchase, consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
