Continental Portugal and Islands

Purchases made for delivery in mainland Portugal have a standard delivery service of €2.95, or €2.00 for collection points in mainland Portugal. For the islands, home delivery costs €3.95. These services are free for orders over €70.00. You also have access to premium services, next working day delivery, post-shipment at €7.95 for mainland Portugal.

Continental Spain

Purchases made for delivery to mainland Spain offer a variety of services, both basic and premium. The basic service costs €3.95, free for orders over €70, and the premium service costs €8.95. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen service, ranging from 24 to 72 business hours.

European Union

Purchases made for delivery to EU countries offer both express basic services and access to premium services.

The rest of the World

At the moment, we do not offer shipments outside the European Union. Purchases made for delivery to non-EU countries and the rest of the world use DHL’s premium shipping service for greater security and control. This service is always subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer, depending on the destination country.

Shipping & Delivery Services

The Eugénio Campos Jewels team processes all orders promptly and carefully, ensuring that orders processed (paid) are shipped by 2 PM on the same business day, except for customizations or items with a production notice.

Upon delivery by the carrier, a receipt confirmation must be provided, which must be signed by the customer or a person authorized to receive the order. It is presumed, for all purposes, that anyone present at the delivery location indicated by the customer is authorized to receive the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order, and no prior notice from the carrier is required.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary between countries. Eugénio Campos Jewels always has the right and ability to waive shipping fees for the customer.
